Basketball Beer Gardens - Thank you, Rick George!

I saw those and my first thought was "why didn't somebody think of this before?" Really smart move. They'll need bigger tents, though. Those things were packed.

I don't understand why they got rid of beer at CEC in the first place. Maybe they weren't making money? Wasn't it 3.2 beer? Would sober people up if anything.

while they were awesome, they also made my seats freezing. we all had our coats on the whole game.

Apparently one is not allowed to bring a 6 year old into the beer garden area. Oh well. The positive upshot is that the Gardens took a lot of the pressure off the Club at halftime and the lines were very navigable down there. If I hadn't been waiting for a child to try to finish an entire soft pretzel, I would have easily made it back to my seat ahead of the 2nd half tipoff.

The football gardens wouldn't allow my 1 year old in, doubt the basketball ones are any different

curious, how may people didn't know about the 3.2 law when they moved here, bought a six pack (wondering why the grocery store had such a crappy selection) got home and drank and drank and drank and drank and started wondering why they didn't have a buzz, so drank and drank and then started worrying about things like tolerance levels and liver condition?

I think just you.
