Coming of a huge performance by Askia Booker who willed the Buffs to victory at the Galen center the Buffs travel across town to take on one of the most storied programs in the Pac-12. UCLA is riding high after an upset victory over the #11 Runnin Utes of Utah. Can UCLA build on the bright spot of their season? Can the Buffs continue to ride Booker? We'll find out at 8.30 MT on the pac-12 network.

I'm not expecting a win after going 3 overtimes with perhaps the worst team in the Pac. I guess that Wes, XJ, and Thomas should be rested. What's the word on JHOP? If we win I think it will mark an actual turning point this season.

Question is: Do you limit Booker's minutes and rest him for other more 'winnable' games? 20-25 mins this game instead of 35. Controversial but pragmatic. He took a beating @USC.
They don't play again until next Saturday.

Tonight we need old school Tadball. Play this one in the 60s (or even the 50s). Defend. Rebound. Frustrate the hell out of them.

This is a dumb question.

You're conceding? May as well forfeit and rest everyone, I guess.

Especially for a key game for 4th and a week off after. Not like we're at Kentucky tonight. And how will we ever manage in the P12T if we can't play games in close proximity.

This is gonna be ugly

Why? Just because UCLA beat Utah at home doesn't make them a great team. We've already beaten UCLA this season (I understand under different circumstances) but this Bruin team has some problems. They have the talent to beat a team like Utah, but they have serious consistency issues. IMO if Alford doesn't shoot well, we win. If Alford goes off and has a Reinhardt type game, it could get ugly but the likelihood of that is slim.

My prediction: we lose a close one.

Why? Because I woke up with a hangover and we're typically a terrible road team. Would love to be wrong, obviously.

That's silly. He doesn't need extra rest at his age. Ever notice college hockey teams always play back-to-backs?

Little under 2 hours. Anxious about this one. Seems like a tipping point game.

Are you guys actually seeing the game on Pac 12? I've still got the Wazzu-Furd game ... is there an alternate channel?
