Carr was the District Offensive MVP as both a sophomore and junior, along with being honorable mention All-State as a junior. Expect him to be a double digit offer recruit by the end of the Spring Evaluation period.

I really like his vision, balance, and stiff arm. Smaller guy but it doesn't stop him from running through arm tackles.

Nice highlights. That is an Oregon amount of uniform combinations that that high school team has.

Ran 10.57 to place 5th in the 5A State Meet over the weekend.

Home run hitter.

I'd think with the number of single back sets and the way HCMM & Lindgren like to spread the defense that a guy like Carr could do big things at CU.

Bobby Burton (Texas 247 writer and one of the original Rivals writers) rated Carr the #10 RB in Texas recently. Exceptionally deep year down there.

Well, we want a guy that can take it to the house, this might be the guy. He certainly has the speed for it.

I really like Carr and I'm worried that Arkansas is the frontrunner now.

None of the sites report an OV for him. Too good of a player to have not taken a visit. Maybe doesn't have a qualifying test score yet (pure speculation)?
