CU is recruiting him as an athlete who could possibly play QB. Continued to recruit him since LaRussa left.

Rivals article from 4/13: https://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1756652

Tuliloa's uncle Chris Naeole, who is now the defensive line coach at Hawaii, played collegiately at Colorado before enjoying a 13-year career in the NFL with the Saints and Jaguars.

"Chris told me he loved going to Colorado," Tuliloa said. "He felt like coming from the Islands, getting away from Hawaii and going to Colorado allowed him to have the best possible college experience. Colorado is a beautiful school and they are building really nice facilities."

Cant emphasize enough the benefit of a network of former players have on recruiting. It's great to have a friend Of CU in Chris Naeole.

He throws and moves just like Tebow based off of that film.

Good call. Looks very Tebow-esque in both throwing and running abilities. He's definitely more of a thrower than a passer and seems to struggle with the shorter, quicker throws, but damn he has an accurate deep ball. His WRs won't be 5 yards behind the defense every play in the Pac 12, but he was consistently hitting his receivers in perfect stride. Nice looking prospect that could be an under the radar steal for us.
