Blackmon had committed to Boston College, but he has opened things up. Scout still shows him as committed, but the other sites do not.

Clearly he's willing to leave the state and if Boston weather didn't scare him off then Boulder weather might actually be a positive (4 seasons, but with sunshine and not getting the amount of snow and frigid weather they do in the northeast).

Regarding his highlights: this kid can scoot and has great feet. Love him in the return game. His offensive highlights show off the ball skills that will also make him a playmaker as a CB. At about 1:30 of the highlights, he makes an unreal play at CB tracking a deep ball that wasn't even thrown to his area, breaking on it to make an over-the-shoulder INT. Ridiculous. I really like this guy.
