North Carolina looking like a legit #1, destroying Temple in its opener.

Tennessee and UNC-Ashville tied at 72 with less than 2 minutes left. Would be a huge early RPI hit for the SEC. Especially with Georgia only up 3 at home late in the half vs Colgate.

Gonzaga and Pitt in a great game on ESPN. Pitt up 2 at the half. Josh Perkins 1/4 for 2 points in his return.

In Pac-12 action:

ASU has dominated the 2nd half after being down 6 at the break to Sacramento State. Up 8 with 11 minutes left.

USC is destroying San Diego.

Wazzu is killing N Arizona early.

Looking forward to Washington vs Texas later. I expect the Huskies to get killed, but you never know.

I can't believe Wisconsin lost to Western Illinois. I mean, I expected a big step back and wouldn't have ranked them to start the season... but come on, man!

Auburn held on by 1pt at home against UAB.

Buffs can and should win that road game.

Wow. Also just noticed that Illinois got worked by North Florida. Is that even a D1 team?

Sounds about right for a Steve Alford major conference venture. I hope the fanbase gets distracted by something else and lets him hang around a few more years.
Missed that one. Beautiful! Alford is Neuheisel-level tool...

Not an Alford fan at all, but two S16's at UCLA say he's doing something right at least.

24 hour tipoff starts tonight. Georgetown @ Maryland, SD State at Utah, Baylor at Oregon are all tonight. Tomorrow we get Duke - Kentucky and Kansas - Michigan State to finish things up. I'm not going to lie, hoping for a serious blizzard tonight so I can just stay home tomorrow.
