Official 2015 Colorado @ Utah football Game thread

Aaaand ANOTHER punt on 4th and short from midfield down 2 scores. The John Fox w/o Peyton Manning of college football strikes again.

For me it's simple.

We've made progress. The evidence is our point differential in conf games went from -338 to -230 to -150 to -35 this year. That means our average conf game was a loss of 4 points. Nothing to be ashamed of.

However, it is unacceptable to me that we still have so many huge mistakes in the key situations... Red zone, special teams, etc

So does Mac deserve another year? I say yes but the little things irritate me and next year is win or else.

Yeah, but CU beat the other team that isn't going to a bowl. So we won the Not Going to a Bowl Bowl.
Frankly I'd say that OSU has a lot more to look forward to in the coming years than we do. Their recruiting class is solidly in the middle of the pack, and they have a promising coach.

Unfortunately, that team is absolutely cleaning our clock on the recruiting trail. We'll be in the basement all alone again soon.

OSU with 2 four stars and 16 3 *s. Crazy.

If MacIntyre is mostly safe but should quickly be fired if we can secure a major upgrade I hope the same applies for Lindgren. Can't use the injured QB excuse because this futility has been around since the Hawaii game.

Just got an email from Amazon that was titled "it's not over!" They were talking about Black Friday deals but I'm taking it as a good omen

I agreed with this argument a few weeks ago, but I'm afraid I've seen enough. Too many critical mistakes for me to stomach and substandard recruiting. Go get a big name who's been to big time bowls. If not Les, someone else. At best we eek out a 6-6 record next year with MM, but another 3 or 4 win season seems just as likely. Doesn't excite me.

Guys like Harbaugh don't grow on trees, but there are guys who come in and turn things around in year one. I'm out of patience. We need one of those guys. Les is the best shot we're likely to have at a name coach given his previous ties here. Make it happen RG!
