I'm confused. Shows a verbal to UCF. Lefty says Louisiana. Tweets indicate he still has interest in CU.

How does Wallace only have 2* and 6 total offers? He is a very good looking FS prospect, IMO, with amazing range and he brings the wood on every tackle. Would love to see him and Ca'Ron Baham commit after their OV on the 15th.

Did you look at his other offers? We're the only P5 offer, unless of course, you believe the Northwestern offer, than he has one other.

That's my point. Watching his film (albeit highlights) makes me wonder how this is the case. He has the size you want in a FS, if the measurements are correct (6'1" 185), the speed to cover a lot of ground, and he's extremely physical.

watching his film, he takes some bad angles and is slow to the run. loves to hit hard, but not wrap up. once that gets corrected will be a great FS

I felt like he was asked to be a centerfielder type of player at Safety than a run support guy. When you're always thinking pass first, you'll naturally be slow to react on the run. The first play of his Senior film is what stood out to me. He started the play on the far hash at about the 36 yard line and had the range to make a play on the ball about 3 yards outside the opposite hash, at about the opponent's 44 yard line. That's impressive, IMO. Like I said, though, these are just his highlights, so it's tough to critique his true inconsistencies or flaws in his game.

Why wouldn't I count the Northwestern offer? I also respect the UCF offer even though it's G5.

Visiting?

Then this tweet today that he retweeted from someone whose location is Colorado:

“I will just see what [Arizona]have to offer me education wise

US News and World Report:

and see what I could do to help them, if I am needed there.

UA has 3 DBs committed already this class. CU has 0.
UA took 6 DBs last year; CU took 2.
UA took 5 DBs in 2014; CU took 4

Clearly he'd be needed more in CU's defensive backfield

I will see what the environment is like
