I just got a call from CU -- recorded message from Tad that went out to season ticket holders. In it, he's imploring us to come to the game Friday night.

It pisses me off that he even has to do that. This is the type of game that should be selling extra tickets on the secondary market for way above face value and hard to get into the building to see.

Here are the basics:

Buffs are 12-3, #20 RPI
Utes are 11-4, #32 RPI

This game may very well decide who gets a bye in the Pac-12 tournament in March.

It's one of the best big man matchups you'll get to see in college basketball this year, with Scott facing off with Poeltl.

Am going and might need +three tickets beyond my two. Unsure yet who is available. I'll post for tickets when I know more.
 
Depending on the weather, I may drive a few folks to and from the game. I don't like driving in the snow, though.

I am planning on going to the Cal game on the 31st.
 
Really bummed I won't be able to make this one. Family has a big block of tickets, first time all year it looks like they will all be used. (y)

No. Stub hub is the last resort when you're willing to pay above market rates, or if you must have certain seats.

Craigslist, the AB ticket exchange board or outside the CEC.

Of course, cubuffs.com has this starting at $20 and you can avoid all secondary market hassles.

Trying to make Tad happy by using my two and taking three others.

Not always. I picked up $10 GA tickets for the Utah game today. After fees, this was just over $14 a ticket, more than $8 cheaper than if I bought a GA ticket through CU.

That said, I'll obviously be there.
 
Screw that! I'm staying home to catch the Avs!! Nah, headin' up good old Highway 93 with the kid To catch the Buffs. Doesn't look like there is supposed to be that much snow.

Could not get a sitter, so I've got an extra ticket for tonight. PM me if you want to come to the game. I'll be at Dark Horse by 5pm and walk over to the Keg around 6:15 or 6:30. (Seats are 21 rows up behind the CU bench.)
