K-State:
@Auburn 14-34 LOSS
San Jose State 27-17 WIN
Missouri State 48-10 WIN
@Texas 27-42 LOSS
Kansas 34-9 WIN
Colorado 27-13 WIN
@Oklahoma State 21-33 LOSS
Baylor 45-0 WIN
@Iowa State 21-10 WIN
@Nebraska 27-23 WIN
Missouri 20-21 LOSS
@Fresno State 21-6 WIN

Independence Bowl vs Alabama 23-20 WIN

Overall record - 9-4. Most homerish pick, @Nebraska.

Actually, the entire thing is pretty homerish. I think K-State is going to suffer more growing pains through the "rebuilding" process with Ron Prince, but I was a pessimist last year and he proved me wrong. My biggest concerns are the offensive and defensive line. The only time we had success with Josh Freeman is when we provided him protection (@CU, vs Texas, vs Iowa State). When we failed to protect him, he was beyond awful (@KU, @MU). Defensive line, we could not stop the run. Rutgers and KU, our last 2 opponents, gashed us repeatedly. I like the youth we have returning at skill positions, so if they can make it work, we will be successful. If not, Prince will get a "mulligan" for this year, as he was fairly successful last year, and we will be expecting more in his 3rd season.

Colorado -

I won't post game by game predictions because I do not know enough about your non-con opponents, but I see them sitting around 6 or 7 wins, finishing ahead of Iowa State, and probably neck and neck with Kansas (who you will destroy).

I dont think auburn is capable of scoring 34 points in a game against a real school with their offense.

care to elaborate why you think dan hawkins is an idiot?

i can see ksu doing what you predicted

Yeah, especially with Brandon Cox as QB. Auburn is headed for a four or five-loss season.

As far as the predictions, I think you're a little optimistic with your Okie Lite and UT predictions. I think they both blow you guys out by a few TDs. Those are two tough games on the road.

No offense, but who gives a **** about KSU predictions? They will win some and they will lose some. I will care about them when they play the Buffs and that's about it.

Yeah I cant see UT loosing to KSU this year, and after last year they will be out for revenge you may see a 40 point whoopin' (which is different from a whoopig).

Yeah, those whoopigs are to be avoided at all costs. :lol:

Boy, you Buffs are on top of things aren't you?? The game is in Colorado, moron! And for the record, I will say Nebraska 42 CU 17.

Boy, you fuskers are complete morons who can't read, aren't you?

The original poster is talking about K-State's season, not CU's.

despite the deep, seething hatred for nebraska keeps some people in forum from seeing straight, i just don't see k-state upsetting the husker in lincoln.

unless ron prince has made a pact with satan and promised him the soul of josh freeman after the game, it ain't happening.

as much as I would love to say I think we beat NU we get them late int he season as always and Keller my have figured out the offense by then, if thats the case I think its going to be ****ty close. Give us +7 for the HFA and we are better than last year and i think *ebraska is worse on the defensive side of the ball; I think the buffs score 28 in this game but I could see the huskers winning if Keller has the O figured.

Good Keller NU31-28
Bad Keller CU 28-14

Frankly I think with the loses on D NU's season rests on Keller if he is good they could win 9 if great maybe 10 games, if he sucks or the O is over his head? 6-6 could easily happen
