Holy ****, Villanova!

They are absolutely destroying Oklahoma.

Yeah, not nearly as competitive as I'd hoped. Wanted Buddy Hield to get it going, but 'Nova found an answer to him.

Nova got a little sloppy there.

OU cut it to 86-49.

But Nova had the answer to push back to 90-49 with 2 straight buckets. After the tv timeout, Nova heading to the line with the scrubs ready to come in now.

So safe to say my co-worker who played FB for the sooners won't be wearing his team gear on Monday?

This thing wasn't even close enough for lame excuses.

FWIW, Eastern Time Zone hoops is usually the best. Just the way it is.

So, yeah, I guess we can now agree after witnessing that Villanova clinic that the 1 big surrounded by 4 guards/wings system does work very well in college basketball.

Saw a tweet that tonight wasn't even Nova's highest offensive efficiency game of the tournament. That was when they destroyed Miami.

This Villanova team has been my favorite non-Buff team to watch for probably more than a decade.

They do everything the right way. I hope they get UNC in the final. I think they may beat the Heels by double digits.

Well at least there was a performance worse than what OU managed tonight. That "musical" performance would have lost by 100 points. OMG, how does that crap draw listener one.

Who greased the basketball. Been a long time since I've seen so many balls bounce off multiple players hands without anyone grabbing it.

Low shooting percentage, bad passes. Game just looks awkward.

Scoring 83 against a Boeheim 2-3 zone (with press in the last 10 minutes) is no joke. Nova-UNC should be a great game.

Carolina destroyed that zone. Constantly had bigs open deep and were able to create the angles to get them the ball. Even when UNC missed the shots they often didn't have competition for the rebound. 50 points in the paint will win you a lot of games.

Glad I didn't see this last night. Kind of rapey. I would have had nightmares.

Hated Lon Kreuger when he played point for KjcSU; hated him when he married Hartman's daughter to break into coaching. Hate his leap-frogging around for the best deal as HC. Hate his fake grampa "Aw shucks" demeanor.

Loved watching his sorry-ass team get schlonged and schooled by "Nova. He had no answer at all to anything Perkins did. Was hoping he got doubled!

wow. i do agree he did seem kind of job hunting all the time from KSU-UF-Illinois. doesn't seem like the worst guy ever.

interesting, Jack Hartman came out of retirement to coach KSU's women's team in 1996 when the previous coach was fired for cheating. went 3-4, but what the hell?

KSU has a pretty strong history with Hartman and Tex Winter. apparently, the triangle o comes through Tex from former USC coach Sam Barry. Winter was an all-american pole vaulter.
