One of those guys who looks like the best player on the field in all those plays. Glad we are gonna get him on a visit!

As my good friend nik would say, this is the kind of 3* we need (impressive offer list, just outside the top 20 ILB list in the nation, film that shows why). Now follows Tuitupou. Can't wait to get this guy on campus so he can see the facilities and Leavitt and Chev can get him fired up about this place.

Want!!

What I loved (after years of frustration at watching CU linebackers do it wrong) is that he moves sideways well, while staying unengaged and waiting for the play to develop. Most linebackers are over pursuing and leave gaps that other teams burned us over and over again. He never does that in this film. He also reads the pass well and has great hands for catching the ball.

Really hope they land this young man. Wish we could have him here this fall.

Haven't talked about Noa in a couple months, but we should be. Still a main CU target.

Yup. I was thinking about that a couple days ago. We have a lot of we have a few OLB/WDE types on board, and several more who have high interest in us. I wonder how many more linebackers we can take. We need at least 1 middle linebacker in this class though and Noa would fit the bill. Plus he has a cool name. Zeek! Sounds good from the stands.

Just IMO....It'll be an interesting next month in Noa's recruitment from a football perspective given how the schedule lines up.

BSU and Colorado both looked impressive this last weekend with both teams thumping their opponents and Wazzu losing to an FCS school. (Their second straight opening loss to an FCS school.)

BSU plays Washington State next week at home and then Oregon State the week after on the road. They will likely be heavily favored in both games. Afterward they get Utah State at home which should be another win.

Colorado plays Idaho State at home, which barring a catastrophe they should win handily, and then has road games against Michigan and Oregon that I expect them to be underdogs in followed by Oregon State at home.

Washington State plays BSU next week, followed by Idaho (which they should win easily) and then home against Oregon (Loss) and at Stanford (Loss) would be my prediction.

This is all leading me to suspect that if football success is a big criteria to him, then I think that visit for Colorado's game against Oregon State during his official visit is going to be pretty important. I think BSU has a good chance of being undefeated at that point with two wins over P5 opponents and to be ranked in the top-25. I think Wazzu will likely have lost their image as a program on the rise after a 1-4 start that includes a loss to an FCS school. (I think that Wazzu's recruitment this year has benefited from that perception.) And I think Colorado will be 2-2 facing a 1-2 Oregon State (presuming OSU beats Idaho State, which they should.)

If Colorado wins that game, then I think they still have the image of a Pac-12 program on the rise. Should they lose it against an Oregon State squad that likely isn't looking that great, then I think it might put a dent in that image.

We all know that football success is not the only factor when it comes to recruiting. Conference affiliation, academic reputation, history of putting players into the pros, early playing time, relationship with coaches and a host of other things play in. It's just that the schedule to start this year is lining up in a very interesting way with this recruit given that you, my school, and Wazzu are his three finalists.

Just a GUESS, but he might not have the grades? I don't think you can bring guys in for officials if they can't meet the requirements.
