If he makes the team, I'll probably look at going to some games this year. At least for when the Nugs play Utah, OKC or Chicago.

Any idea how much money summer league comes with? Just curious. But more importantly, congrats on him getting some exposure. Go Josh!

Good for him to get some experience at the NBA level.

I understand why he'd want to sign with the local team and everything, but with Denver's overall depth at power forward, it's not really his best chance of making a roster.

You have Faried as the likely starter, they like Lauvergne a lot, they just spent the 15th pick on Hernangomez (who may or may not come over this year), and are also wanting to bring back Arthur for another year. Really need Faried to get dealt, and Hernangomez to stay overseas for a year for someone like Scott to make the roster imo.

Other teams watch the games and hopefully Josh turns some heads.
All it takes is one team and one opportunity.

That's what I was thinking. Summer League is about finding a team where you'll get minutes to showcase what you have. It has little to do with who may actually sign you to a rookie FA contract for the real season.

Hernangomez and Josh don't play same position or game.
They could use some size and that's what Josh will provide.
Not sure how many regulars will be playing in Vegas.

Doesn't appear to be getting much of a shot. Last game he had a bit over 5 minutes and a couple of points.
