Is this kid being recruited by any FBS teams? He is averaging almost 200 yards per game and 10 yards/carry.

Not sure. But it has to be Phil's brother. Or at least related to him somehow. Same name (obviously) and school (maybe less obvious to some)

Thought Wyoming offered this summer, but his Rivals story says no offers.

Got an offer from Western State, somebody's going to get a player

Wyoming would be a great spot for him. Looks like a back who could have success in the MWC, especially the way Bohl teams run the ball.

Plays a lot like Phil, always going forward, nimble but not fancy.

He looks good in the highlights they had him on defense as well.

Wonder if he would be interested in a PWO at CU?

I don't know their exact situation, but with mom's health issues I've been going with an assumption that a free ride would reduce a lot of stress/pressure and that it will likely shake out that way (close to home with a scholarship).

Unless he can get a bunch of need based grants, etc. you are probably right. Another reason Wyoming would be a good choice since it is only a 2 1/2 - 3 hour drive depending on weather.

Wouldn't shock me though if they figured out a way though.

You can't give need grants to walk-ons.
