Likes and retweets a bunch of CU stuff. Keyshawn Johnson Jr is recruiting him to Nebraska hard tho.

Just retweeted this:

I still see this dude liking/retweeting CU stuff. Seems to really like Chev. Another one of those guys who could bring some guys with him. Love that he wants to visit before he commits anywhere.

"Considered" a silent verbal to Nebraska since summer, sounds like he would be deciding between them and ND in the coming weeks. New Oregon offer may change things, Nebraska fans aren't too happy.

Following the string of comments is hilarious since both fans are terrible on twitter.

Signs are pointing to this Nub class falling apart while also not being able to close on a long list of guys they were in the Top 3/5 for.

Gonna be interesting here. Will announce his commitment this Saturday at the all-American game, likely to Nebraska, but says he will no doubt take January OVs, likely to Texas, Baylor, or Oregon (or some combination of them).

Which would be no big deal however Riley has a strict no January OVs policy for commits. But they are desperate for any positive recruiting news right now and he might have to let Calvin do whatever he wants lol. We shall see.

Lol. No visits in January? WTF? Couldn't imagine why he would do that.

Lol oops, verbal commits are not allowed to visit other teams in January. Unless that's what you meant as well, either way lol at Nebraska :D

Nope. I read it as Nebraska not allowing visits in January. Thanks for the clarification.

Still, that probably wouldn't be a bad policy for them.

Wiltfong just put in a crystal ball for Oregon State, they have lost a WR since Hodgins' commitment so Calvin would be their 7th WR commit again. It's looking like the Huskers basically struck out with every major target on their board (they have been handing out offers to 2*s like candy this week) but the general vibe was "at least Calvin will be committing to us on Saturday."

Calvin said Oregon State’s success with Brandin Cooks, who has a similar build, was a factor in his decision. Cooks, now a member of the New Orleans Saints, had 226 receptions for 3,272 yards and 24 touchdowns in three seasons with the Beavers.

Cooks played for Mike Riley while he was the HC at Oregon State.

No offense to the kid, but attributing success of a player to the school. Pretty stupid reasoning.

That's pretty ridiculous, but the weird part is the spin that he couldn't get into Nebraska but could get into Wazzu.
