Anyone know why he is in street clothes for the playoff game? He's been starting for about a month for OKC.

OKC didn't mess with their line ups when guys were injured. When Sefalosha went down, Dre didn't just get more minutes off the bench, he took over Sefalosha's role as the defensive stopper with the first unit.

Rotations are always significantly reduced for the playoffs. Whereas a team might have played with a 12 or 13 man rotation in the regular season, they will likely only play 10 players in the playoffs (barring injury).

Theory right, facts wrong. Most teams have at the very most a 10 man rotation for the regular season. Only 7 or 8 guys will play important playoff minutes for a most teams, barring foul trouble.

I am aware of all the things with roster usage. I was curious why he went from being a starter to not even being on the active roster.

He only started because Sefolosha was out for a few weeks. Since Sefolosha is back - Roberson isn't needed anymore.

There's a chance the Thunder won't re-sign Sefolosha this offseason - which could bump Roberson to full time starter.

Did his offensive game improve this year? He needs to spend some cash on a shooting coach in the off season.

They definitely tweaked his shooting stroke, bit he didn't really look to score for obvious reasons. His NBDL numbers were good though.

He will never be an offensive force. He made the league for his defense and rebounding, and that's how he can make a long NBA career. I would be surprised to see if he ever averages more than 8 points/game.
