I'm planning on being there at least for the Sat/Sun round. Who else is going?

With the official practice rounds today, and the tournament starting tomorrow, wanted to be sure to bump this thread now.

Noted a couple differences to the women's championships (and almost all of the men's other tournaments)- It's the best 5 scores out of 6 players per team (most tournaments are 4 out of 5), and they're going 36 holes on Friday, so 72 holes overall, but in 3 days vs. 4 in most pro tournaments.

Live Video - Evidently none. Per the Notes linked to above, " The Pac-12 Network is covering the event and will debut a one-hour special on Sunday, May 7 at Noon MDT

One correction to my above post- looks like, per http://pac-12.com/article/2017/03/2...lf-championships-tv-info-and-how-watch-online, the great CU Video and/ or Pac 12 folks are offering a live stream for the 1st 3 rounds.

Link given for the streams is http://pac-12.com/live/cubuffs . Correction- make that http://pac-12.com/live/cubuffs-2 .

Also, that 1st page linked to provides a link to the list of the tee times (set by teams on Friday, and then based on their position after the prior round for rounds 3 and 4) - http://pac-12.com/mens-golf/championships/tee-times

Of course we get the worse weather weekend since February and now we'll never seen another PAC12 championship!

Opening rounds delayed at least a half hour due to frost this morning they're waiting to melt off.

Per the below tweet, live stream is at http://pac-12.com/live/cubuffs-2 rather than the link I put in my earlier post. (And there is a picture going, although play hasn't started yet.)

Be interesting to see WHAT the camera coverage is. Imagine golf would take a LOT of cameras to cover decently. Right now, it's just a distant webcam type shot FAR behind what I believe is the 1st tee.

And, they just announced the 1st golfer teeing off (from AZ). The championships are beginning.

If I were them, I'd be teeing off from both sides and trying to get the whole 36 holes in today...there could be 8" of snow on the ground tomorrow if you believe the weather people...

EDIT: It looks like it is a 72 hole tournament and they were planning on getting in 36 holes today anyway...they may be playing 36 on Monday after the snow melts on Sunday. Gotta love Colorado weather in the spring time.

This was my home course growing up. Anybody want to know anything about the course, layout, hazards, water, greens, etc. just ask. I've probably played this course 300 times.

The Buffs have all now made the turn (they're done with between 9-13 holes), and they're tied for 5th at +11. The course is playing tough (ASU and Oregon are showing as co-leaders as I type this at +3). And, with the weather looking to be coming in earlier than anticipated, assume the wind will NOT be going down any, and probably will be getting worse. And, then, if any precipitation makes the course longer....

Yeah. Stanford at +8 and almost finished with its round should be very happy with its positioning if it can get into the clubhouse in single digits over par.

Wilson Belk stepping up pretty well as our #6 guy today by posting a counting score so far. Need our depth to play well without Jeremy Paul in there as our #1.

Suspending play was a mistake. Everyone still on the course has at least 14 holes in the books and tomorrow looks like it's going to be very snowy. Need to get the 1st round finished today. I don't see them playing 36 tomorrow and Sunday may be doubled up.

We only got about 1"+ around here, where I'm seeing places like Littleton got 7". Ground temps are warm compared to air temps, so it will probably go away pretty quickly if it doesn't snow much more.

Doubt BCC will let them on the greens today at freezing temps.

Prefer they play extra tomorrow, but won't be able to get an early start.
