Big 12 preview and national games of the week

9-1 Oklahoma @ 7-4 Texas Tech
Two victims of our Buffs go at it in a tough place to play for opposing teams. Texas Tech has a gimmick offense, but CU showed that they can be beat at home. I think OU takes it to the Raiders, or maybe it's just my heart that wants OU to slaughter TT because of that prick of a coach that TT has. On second thought, OU's coach is a little whiney bitch too, so hopefully they just beat each other up. OU 45 TT 31

5-5 Oklahoma St @ 3-8 Baylor
Okie state should become bowl eligible in this game, although Baylor has still yet to deliver their annual upset, so maybe the bears squeek this out and hat leaves OSU needing to beat OU in order to get a bowl, the less Big 12 teams that are bowl eligile, the more likely the buffs get a bowl invite after we beat the fuskers. I'm now calling the upset. BU 24 OSU 21

9-1 Missouri @ 5-5 Kansas St.
This could be an upset alert, as you know that Mizzou has to be looking just a little bit to next week with the big matchup with their arch rival Kansas in what might be the biggest game between MU and KU ever. KSU is coming off two big losses, and they are ripe for a win in their home finale. Once again, hope for a Mizzou win in order to help the buffs bowl chances. MU 35 KSU 27

3-8 Iowa St @ 10-0 Kansas
Same thing here for KU that I said about Mizzou, although I think KSU over Mizzou is more likely. ISU is coming on, and KU must come ready focused on the Cyclones. I actually think KU wins big. KU 56 ISU 20

Texas, Texas A&M, Colorado, Nebraska

Other big games this saturday

10-1 Ohio St. @ 8-3 Michigan
The Buckeyes have won the last three in the greatest rivalry of all time. If you were to ask me after the second week of the season this year (Michigan losing to Appy st and killed at home to Oregon), I would tell you that Ohios St would get 4 in a row over the wolverines, but now I have second thoughts. I think Michigan has a great chance in this one and I'm picking the wolverines to win. Meeechigan 20 Ohio St 14

****, other than that, there isn't much going on this weekend. Next weekend is rivalry weekend and will make up for this week, so look forward to previews like: LSU/Arkansas, Alabama/Auburn, Georgia/Georgia tech, South Carolina/Clemson, Florida/Florida St, Oklahoma/Oklahoma St, Texas/Texas A&M, Kansas/Mizzou, Nebraska/Colorado, Virginia/Va Tech, USC/Arizona St, Oregon/UCLA, Boise St/Hawaii. WOW! Next week is gonna be a kick ass weekend for college football!!!:wow:

I agree with all the predictions except Baylor over OSU, I don't see that one happening. I liked Michigan over OSU even before OSU or Michigan lost last week, if you believe that even has anything to do with it. With this quite possibly being Carr's last season, I think Michigan will close out his home career with a win over OSU.

Another big one: BC at Clemson. Can Clemson finally break thru after it appeared as though they were gonna fade down the stretch? Cullen Harper is playing very well at QB for Clemson and I think they win big and play for the ACC title in 2 weeks against the Va-VaTech winner.

Rivalry week will be very cool. I think the 'pokes will lick the Bears though. Hawaii slipped by the wuffpack barely without Colt; BSU Hawaii may not be much of a game if Colt is out; BSU is looking strong thanks to Boulder's own T Tharp at Q but ....the game is on the island
