Why I won't like this year's BCS championship game

Swish

Half a bubble off
For me two reasons

1. The Buffs aren't in it
2. Blowhio State U probably will be

I would like to see Hawaii vs SC in the Rose Bowl though

After yesterday that's a distinct possibility since tOSU is probably in for the mNC game. Either UGa or VT is gonna be the other half. I don't see Hawaii playing in the Sugar or Orange bowl so it very well may be the Rose or Fiesta.

See the BCS thread. LSU is alredy number 2 in the Coaches poll. Rose picks first and the guess is they will pick Illinois to preserve tradition.

I work w/an Ohio St alum and he's told me several times he doesn't want
his team up against any team from the SEC. Says Ohio St has never played
well against SEC teams-

Geaux Tigers

He means teams outside the B10 in BCS conferences.

[Edit] I am wrong. I did not realize how many weak sisters they have played. I only remembered the split with UT and the loss to UCLA outside of all the losses to SEC teams.

I wouldn't.. USC would roll Hawaii..

Yeah that's the point. As far as it goes SC would roll one maybe both of the two that are playing for it all.

Some say because they are undefeated, Hawaii should be playing for it all. I say put them up against some serious competition, in a place other than Hawaii and see how that undefeated record doesn't mean a thing. 12 - 0 is nice but based on who they played I'm not sure they belong in a BCS game
