The game seems to be rather popular and 92 in the other thread asked me what´s up next. Give me your ideas here ...

If there is enough interest we could do it for the BCS Conferences that remain, but I don´t know how much people on here care about conferences other than the Big 12.

How about countries?

I'd vote Germany and their uppity, no-rythm, beer swilling, uptight asses off immediately.

:smile2:

How about actors and actresses? That could be fun. Or maybe hotties...oh wait, we are kind of doing that in another thread :smile2:

Jens, boobie (Sorry, I had to throw in the "Die Hard" thing), you have to put the top 8 candidates for president of THESE United States! I submit:

Dems:
Clinton
Obama
Edwards

Republicans;
Giuliani
McCain
Romney
Thompson
Huckabee

Start with Europe. Albania immediately gets a +1 from me.

Why Albania? Can´t see us going for it, but if we did, the US and Germany would be removed right from the bat.

Yerp has 48 countries ... how about Allbuffs members?

Albania because they have a cool flag. Do I really need a reason? Just look at some of the reasons given for the voting in the B-12 version.

Whenever I think of Albania, the Cheers episode where Sam & Coach are taking their GED comes to mind.

"Albania, Albania, you border on the Adriatic".

Anyone, anyone?

That'd be another good Kill or Save. Old sitcoms - Cheers, Seinfeld, All in the Family, MASH, etc.

Do you honestly think you could give any of those [Segal movies] a +1 in good conscience?

Hell, no! In fact, there isn't an "actor" that I dislike more. But there must be something to Segal, or I wouldn't have such a strong negative reaction to the guy.

Also that one was included as contrast, to bolster support for the Vegas Casinos idea.

I change my mind. I'd gladly cast +1 for the 1996 movie "Executive Decission" about a highjacked airplane bound for Washington DC. Kurt Russell and a crack military team are on mission to dock a stealth fighter with the hijacked plane. Segal plays Lt. Col. Austin Travis.

Dr. David Grant: Colonel, grab my hand!
[Colonel Travis reaches his hand but falls back down]
Dr. David Grant: Colonel, were not gonna make it!
Lieutenant Colonel Austin Travis: You are.
[Colonel Travis shuts himself in and is sucked out of the plane to his death]

Pure movie magic.

Ahh yes, and that scene took place about 15 minutes into the movie, didn't it? Bonus. I think that movie deserves extra points for casting John Leguizamo in a prominent role - he's an all time favorite of mine, I even managed to somehow enjoy 10 or 15 minutes of "The Pest"
