Official Buffs vs. Washington State Score Prediction Thread

Man, I am going to the game. You guys are making me feel like it's going to be a complete wasted day. The Buffs do have a chance, right?

It will not be wasted. Buffs will win. Let us not forgot that both Embree and Hawkins beat Mike Leach.
 
We'll keep it close in the first half, maybe until early 3rd quarter. Say, 20-17 WSU at half. Then, something will happen and the wheels will f8cking come off and they'll pull away. Final 37-24.

Utah and their 2nd string QB may be our only hope at this point...
 
I am going into this game thinking the cougs will coug it. CU is due to have one complete game this season - it has not happened yet. First half of the season it was the after halftime adjustments, vs osu it was the 1st half.. Buffs are going to win this, I feel it in my bones.
 
WSU will get 8 scores and CU will get 6, so either 42-24 Buffs, or 56-18 WSU, or somewhere in between.

Amazing player. Best WR we may have ever had.

I’m all good with Viska playing HB, Slot, even TE, but instead of playing like a Fullback, maybe just run out of bounds instead once in a while or accept the distance made - or just until the turf toe is fully healed.

Watching how he injured his toe at USC, you could see it coming. He has so much power, he wants to use it ALL the time. I love the fight for every extra yard.... but even MegaTron and Beastmode dialed it back due to injuries over time.

As with so many great players, they need to find that line, and figure out how to stay on the field.

Agreed, Viska should call in Emmitt Smith to learn how to last forever and never take a hit. He rarely went for extra yardage, and is my least favorite running back.

Yes. But he is a WR not a power back HB. It’s great if they want him to carry the ball 20 times a game between that tackles, and haul LB’s 10 yards down field, just don’t think he’ll be on the field that consistantly as a WR (where we need him).

My favorite RB is Barry Sanders, who practically had a force field around him with his moves, and still got so worn down with horrible blocking and constant pounding (on crappy teams) that he left the game way early.
 
In all seriousness our only hope is to have the offense play well and keep the ball away from Wazzu. Minshew will get cold and desperate ----> takeaways
