CU/FSU anyone going?

I am planning on going but worried I may need ot be incognito. Anyone else headed to the game?

Why? I went to Tallahassee in 2003 and wore Buff stuff with pride. Jacksonville will be a milder environment, but Tallahassee wasn't all bad (although I have been there and don't need to go again).

Saving my trip this year for the bowl game.

Dad lives in Orlando, will be stayingt there and heading up on gameday.

I'll be there. In tally we ended up feeding over 80 people at the tailgate, a low country boil featuring shrimp and Kelbasa. Just ask TBD, he stopped by. I don't know if we will have the space for that in J-ville. I'd been to enough FSU games that I knew the best spot to set up.

But Buffs and Seminoles will party together at my tailgate. My wife, parents and brother are FSU alums. It will also be the first Buff (and seminole) game my daughters will attend. All but my brother will be in Black and gold.

I was seriously planning on going to the game, but then they moved it off campus. The only off campus games I'd attend are against CSU and a bowl game. For away games the college atmosphere can't be beat. Too bad.

que pasa?

hmmmm travel to games 2 weeks in a row, florida then colorado.... hope that damn tree out in the backyard starts growing real fast.....

i said it looked intriguing. not that i was resolved to go.

with the reunion and the wedding, and the fact that cu is at college station this year, you had better get resigned to the fact that your closet horn tendencies may have to be satisfied with the rrso. last year got tiring towards the end with season the ceaseless trekking.

as for the money tree, it has BETTER be open wide for my baby cousin. keep in mind i am being exceptionally generous with respect to the cruise, and i expect kind in turn. might i suggest some miracle gro? :wink2:

We have scheduled a vacation at Disney World the week leading up to the game, so my plan is to leave Disney that Saturday morning and head up to Jacksonville.

Going to a different away game that particular week. With any luck, the CU/FSU game will be on at a different time so I can watch.

The game was always away, but it was in Tallahassee instead of Jacksonville. The college game should be played in college stadiums, except for the BCS games, imo.

Rep!

I totally agree, I don't at all like college games being moved off campus to these pro stadiums. The only ones that get a pass on this are the RRSO and the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party. Army-Navy too.

Yes, that's very true but I would much rather have it outside of the hostile environment of Tallahassee. It gives us a much better chance of winning imo. That sounds like a good trade to me, if we win of course:smile2:
