2021 NCAA Tourney 1st round game thread- #5 seed Men's bball scheduled to face #12 seed Georgetown (Sat., 3/20, 10:15 AM MT, CBS)

He was trying to say "not an elite athlete," kind of backhanded compliment.

Would have just been better to say, he's small and quick, and it's impressive how well he rebounds and finds passing lanes for a guy without a ton of length or plus-plus hops.
That was a real garbage comment from a former coach! He should apologize to Kin. Will just be another motivator for a kid that is plenty athletic and is a flat out “WINNER”

Just send the ESPN guys to a crow buffet and lock them in and tell them they are not coming out until all the crow is eaten.

He hasn’t seen him play cornerback.

Okay, I have to say this. Georgetown is not a tournament caliber team. They finished the season 13-13. We beat them they way we should’ve. They weren’t much of a test and would’ve finished last in the Pac 12.

However, we played great and would’ve beaten just about anyone playing like that.

Disagree. Schedule for tomorrow has the three double digit seeds who advanced yesterday (The rodents, North Texas, and Oral Roberts) in the last three spots.
True. I guess I didn't look at the other games. I don't mind playing early though. I don't have to sit around all day and think about the game.

Not much of a sample size but I like the 5 freshmen for next year plus returning and incoming class!. LOB was active and agrressive, Nique looked athletic, and comfortable for a change.
