#Fire Coach Dorrell

Barnes, JCS, Thomas, Ham, etc are not slow and they certainly aren’t slow to the point it explains this. Landman was not a speed player. We weren’t remotely this bad with Rick Gamboa at LB. The issues in the run game are primarily coaching and schematic.
So if I said I think this team probably has 3-4 win talent but 0 win coaching.......whats your take on that?

I'm dying! :ROFLMAO:

If things are bad between Karl and Sanford, it's about Karl dictating things which are proved to be bad decisions. At the end of fall camp, for example, coach interviews made it clear everyone except Karl wanted to roll with Shrout as QB1.

I don't know the level of wrongheaded meddling and micromanagement going on, but it would be a continuation of the things that had Chev so pissed off he turned on Karl (who had been one of his primary mentors as a player).

I think that tweet only furthers my hunch that we're getting a coaching change Sunday with another blowout.

Karl seems arrogant and bull headed. But at least he seems to be wrong about most things, so I can see how people love to work for him. I think now we know why the portal damn near broke with all the CU players jumping through it.

Massive incompetent decisions by RG and LC. FIRE THEM BOTH.

This is an interesting twist.

Maybe make Sanford the interim coach. He has the experience. Staub is off to a fantastic start at West Ranch. 26 TDs, 0 INTs, and he's sat most 2nd halves. Maybe also make Sanford a mole to dig up dirt on KD.

Funny how just by liking that one tweet, Sanford went from F*ckoffsville to Second Chance, USA.

Mike Sanford has proven to be a pretty terrible head coach in 2 seasons at WKU. He's also got a pretty ****ty track record as OC.

Sadly, it cannot be any worse than the results under Dorrell.

I'm in for the Mike Sanford experience, BABY!

In a world of sh!t options if CU won't be a normal D1 member, firing KD (and Wilson) and promoting Sanford for this year + 2 more years in an incentive-laden increase w/ friendly buyout of his current deal could be the least sh!tty option.

Ugh.

Sanford was crap at WKU. He came in on the heels of Petrino and Brohm's success and flopped. Still, he is probably better than Kardboard.

I only meant for this year. But if tortured and forced to choose between Dorrell and Sanford for next year, I would choose Sanford hands down. Just so I could like him for a couple of weeks before hating him.

Gonna need to teach the band a new song?

I'm trying to figure out which hire was worse:

(1) Rick George hiring Karl Dorrell; or

(2) Karl Dorrell hiring Mike Sanford, Jr.

Seriously, WTAF? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
