I dont know you guys no a lot more thats a 8-4 season but the more I look at it we could go 9-3 but I never pictured that.

Although happy with the win, I'm not going to sip the kool-aid too much..

CSU ain't that good.. CU's talent is better, but CSU stinks.. Its tough to judge watching this game that we are now all of a sudden going to be so much better than what I thought going into the season....

I'll stick to my prediction before the season.. CU gets to 7-5 with this schedule, its pretty darn good year..

Nice change for you. :smile2:

Agreed. It was also raining and that changes things a lot because it takes away speed and cutting ability to a degree. Maybe Gartrell isn't that great and hints to our defense still being sucky. We shall know more after the next two games. I believe we have the ability to beat WVU and FSU but the question is wether the team also buys into that. Pass them, not me, the kool aid

7 wins definitely, maybe 8 with 9 being stretch. A lot of it is going to depend on injuries. With our schedule it's possible that we get the injury bug. That's my one major gripe about playing a really tough non-conf schedule.

Losses to FSU, Texas and Mizzou. 'Buffs receive a bid to the 2008 Holiday Bowl where they secure their 10th victory for a 10-3 2008 season record.

Same feeling, 6 - 7 wins. I am looking for a more clean offensive performance next week to fine tune somethings like offensive guard and an outside the tackle rushing game.

I'll look at K State and ISU as the sure gimme wins, but I hope the team doesn't look at them that way.

Also, after the rest of the conference's Week 1, I'd say A&M is looking more like a win and OK State a loss.

Ya I can't decide its really hard to make predictions you know. I am going with 7 wins. But 8 or 9 i can see

You should be happy that your offense look very in sync throughout the game. However, CSU is not a good team, that much is evident. They have good running backs, but without a deep threat or anything even closely resembling a decent receiver, you just have to wait and see how good your secondary is. I was impressed with the Linebackers. You're in good hands there. I would imagine that both FSU and WVU will test you vertically and then you'll know how you're going to fare against the conference.
