Wife got me the Colorado Vault for our anniversary! :woot::slayer::dance:

If you have not seen this book, go out gets you one. It is freekin' sweet! There's all these little do-dads and widgets that you can pull out - like the Score Card from the 1897 game against the Denver Athl. Club, complete with ads for Dr. Schumacker's dentistry, the Denver Candy Company, and my favorite: Mt. Vernon Rye ("If you are bound to drink whisky then drink the best.")

this ought to keep me busy during the bye week.

My girlfriend got me the Vault for our 3 year anniversary last weekend. I also agree with your description of its awesomeness. Isn't it great to have women in our lives who understand us?

Got mine the other day in the mail. Great book by our own Dave Plati. Check it out here

costs less on Amazon but the school probably gets less.

It really is a great book! If you live in the Denver area Costco had them a few weeks back--might still.

My mom bought it for my dad from Costco. I picked it up last week & stuff went flying. It was kind of a mess & taught me that this isn't something to just pick up & flip through. But it was cool & definitely something to occupy the days (week) between games.

Sorry. My bad. i posted that out of memory, and when I looked at the book again, I was wrong.

They called him (on a caption with him holding the trophy) Mark Russell.

Yeah, I said it, then wondered if that was the right person, but like lammiefusker said, you guys are a bunch of ****ing elephants around here, so I knew someone would get it right! (after BS76 said 'WTF!!!':smile2:)
