He mentions hard tackling near the Folsom sidelines and talking trash with the fans.
Hard to comprehend how rich this kid will be.

I think it's funny the people that bring up the 1-11 record last year as one of the reasons that CU won't do much better than 2 or 3 wins this year. 1.11 last year is totally irrelevant. That coaching staff is gone and nearly all those players are gone. There are no traces of that 1-11 product anymore, it's been erased. We've got the wildcard team now, nobody has a clue how this will all come together and that's scary to some.

Anyone predicting anything is a fool. Buffs could be significantly improved with QB play alone.

I do know the talent is much better. I don't know if it will all gel

Think about that very solid 10 win team in 2016. I loved that squad. Everything came together for 1 season.

Where will this team be worse? Maybe DT? To be determined...

That team had incredible D backs. So does this one. Jimmie Gilbert was a solid edge ... now we have a few. Solid WRs - way deeper now. Solid QB in Sefo - Shedeur might be a big upgrade. RB - Phil is an all-timer so I'll give him an edge there. OL should be at least as good.

If you put that 10 win team into the upcoming brutal schedule, do they win 8?

The 2016 team had years of playing together, so many upperclassmen on that team, we'll be younger and less gelled this year, but we're definitely going to win some games that nobody expects us to.

Great player leadership on that team, too.

Lack of depth behind the juniors & seniors, though, and they got worn down.

I don't know how comparable that group is, but what a fun season that was.

The only fun season since Barnett was fired.

I still have turf from Folsom that I grabbed after the Utah game. At the time it felt like the dark days were finally over.
 
I might have missed it but when will the players report for summer school and when does camp start?
