Baylor at Bugeaters

Baylor has broken 3 plays for 40+ yards.

Lincoln is certainly not the place it used to be. Both Tyrod Taylor and Griffin are showing that a mobile QB can beat the bugeaters. Depending on how Hansen develops I'm liking our chances.

Baylor leds 20-17 at halftime. NU blocked a PAT.

Lincoln has not been the same for a while. Teams no longer feel threatened goiing in that stadium. Teams like Okie st, Ball st, and Baylor go in and play with the skers. Those are teams NU used to just dominate at home, not anymore.

They were talking about this on 590AM on my way home from Lincoln yesterday. Part of the problem is these damn old people that are in the stadium don't stand up, they can hardly get up and down the stairs, and they get pissed if you get loud and stand up. I'm not trying to disrespect these people in anyway as they have been watching the Huskers longer than I've been alive in some cases. All I'm saying is these same people are allowed to take their season tickets and will them to someone else when they die and in most cases these folks are older as well. The crowd needs alot of work and it's very irritating to watch these people just sit around and just watch the game rather than get involved.

Now imagine how annoying they are if you don't even root for the same team as they do!

I had a bunch of Baylor fans in front of me and they were awesome. We had some good discussions and three of the guys played college ball. One of them at Baylor and the other two at NU. The NU guys said they were supporting Baylor yesterday because they lost a bet with their son/nephew.
