Darrell Scott calls out Buffnation

Scott has also learned that injuries are part of the game. There's still a little bit of wonderment in his eyes when he says, "I was never really hurt before. This is all so new.
"Now I know that it's not going to be 100 percent the rest of the season. I know I have to play through it. It's something you just have to experience."
Most importantly, Scott hasn't given up on this year. When reminded that many folks now have the Buffs penciled in as being home for Christmas, he winced.
"C'mon Buff nation -- what's up with that?" he asked. "We're down, but we're not out. We're scrapping. We're going to get some things done."

I know I'll be there loud and proud on Saturday!

You have to give the kid credit. He has had a tough year, some brought on by himself for coming in out of shape and late, but he is a team player.
Time for him to shoulder most of the load and let's all pray he can stay healthy for the next three games because we will need him to win two out of the next three.

I think this is a great sign that Darrell is really positive on the program. The near future of CU football is still in great shape.

He is going to shine against ISU, mark it down! I bet you anything he gets his first 100 yard game as a buff Saturday.

I'm thinking 146 yards and 2 TD's. One TD will be a 30+ yard run

Take it back. No more mark it downs or mark my words from you!

Darrell runs for -4 and cody throws 4 picks. CU loses 45 - 7. Foot ball program is abolished at Colorado in favor of competition crocheting. New crochet team head coach is Ron Prince who leads us to MNC in year two.

That pretty much cancels out any mark my words or mark it down statements.

I think you underestimate UH's power. Hell of an effort though!!

Not that I don't agree with you, but how many times have we said this this season!!!

look i hope you are right UH but i am going to have to say "i will believe it when i see it" do i want it to happen? no i want an even better performace. but i will take a solid showing my self hell over 8 carries would be an improvement.

Wait, I thought he was transferring and we were on our way to replacing ISU and Baylor at the bottom of the Big XII?

Plus his mom would have to leave the job at the bank, and I dont know if you this or not, but in the past 2 months she has worked her way up the ladder and is now the President of the bank. Now what other school is going to offer that?

He has shown some. That 40 yard run vs. A&m was mighty impressive and showed why he was the best in the land last year. He will come along.

As the OL comes along, so will he. I know TAM is not good, but it was nice seeing some holes for once. Now if only they had had the balls to go for it up the gut three times (if needed) when they were at the 2.
