Freeman going pro

This is the first piece of good news today for the Buffs.
Since Freeman was a Snyder recruit, I thought he might stay on.
This moves CU solidly into fourth in the North in the preseason mags - not that being fourth is much to crow about. :argh:

Phil Steele will have us higher. He's good at evaluating lost games to injuries and the progress of young teams.

I wouldn't fret preseason rankings. The North will be wide open next year. QB questions all over the place, except Kansas, a team that has a pretty tough schedule.

There's been talk all season that if Freeman comes out, he might be the most NFL ready of any of the top QBs this year. Put him on a real team and he'd have been top 3 in the Heisman hunt.

My advice would be that you not point that out anymore.

Thanks

Suh is a Jr. and indicated that he is returning for his Sr. year.

that doesn't really answer the question. Suh is a Jr, but he is 3 years out of HS, and thus fully eligible to choose to enter the NFL draft. He has indicated he is coming back for his senior year, however, after watching him destroy the Clemson front-5 today, I would advise him strongly to consider coming out. His stock will NEVER be higher and he should take advantage of it. The only people who wouldn't recommend that course are Husker fans. This dude is unbelievable.

Actually, you did say Jr - didn't you... Anyway - I don't care what he has said, he needs someone to show him the money and then we'll see!

 I just saw the NCAA athletics commercial which ends with "just about all of them will be going pro in something other than sports."

medical school? BTW...got your message...but capped out on PMs.....

No problem. All you have to do is find the red Ford Explorer with egg on it.

Get a room you two.

Freemen was going to the Nubs until Prince got hired. One of KSU fans larger complaints about Grandpa was his recruiting, and the fact that he basically ignored Freeman while he was recruiting.
