CU isn't the only major BCS school without a practice facility

Getting this practice facility done is essential. Va Tech has the advantage in that they have a stable coaching situation and a few years in a row of being a postseason program, so there's momentum there. If Bohn can get ours funded after a season where we were nearly shut out in Big 12 play, my hat's off to him. My best guess, though, is that we won't get this thing done until Spring (and that's if we show improvement in MBB #1, but also get some people excited about WBB and Volleyball again).

Virginia Tech also has the luxury of having a ton of great in-state talent.

one of college basketball's recent time-honored traditions is Va Tech coach Seth Greenberg whining in a press conference the Monday after "Selection Sunday" about why they didn't get it the field of 64. Seth is apparently kind of a scumbag but he's a decent coach i think....this from a buddy who is a USF fan.
