Wyoming Question...

I'm assuming nobody is putting this ****-storm on tv (dont blame them) and KOA seems to have a new thing (to me??) where you cant listen to the games via the net, so, how would I watch/listen to the game? Can I get it on that Buffs TV ****? If so, is that the only option?? Thanks!!

Whats the advantage of Buffs TV? EVERYTHING is covered I assume? All football/basketball/press conferences, etc?

I don't have the sports package and I get it.

Thanks SD. I used to be forced to buy the sports pack due to programming in the south, and to watch the stampede. Now it has gone up in price, and the thought of watching Talkins' coaching show makes my blood pressure rise.:sad2:

Im not sure if FCS only plays games within the region, but up here that's where it's at. Picture quality is awful though.

I'm pretty sure I've never watched a game on this channel, but I'm also seeing an HD version of this channel on the listing. Now whether or not the game is being broadcast in HD is another question.

As for whether you'll get this channel without the sports pack, it's probably best to call to verify since drmike isn't in the Denver market.

I've got Comcast Cable in the Denver Area... Anyone know what it might cost to add this channel to my line-up, or if I can order it on a one-time PPV basis?

FCS might be an alternate fox channel because it appears that there is no programing most of the time. I thought that I remembered seeing a game on 2 weeks ago while surfing. I don't remember who it was of if my memory is even accurate. If that is the case, direct customers should not need the sports pack. Can anyone verify?

FCS-Fox College Sports. The Kansas vs UNC game was on it last week and the channel said HD, but it was just set in the HD ratio; the quality was awful. Could be better for the CU game, but we will see. I don't know the details on FCS, I don't know if it is limited by region, and I don't know whether or not they have HD capability. What I do know is that I have DirecTV and that channel in Lakewood, CO. FWIW...

I get FCS from comcast out here in San Francisco. It's something like channel 414.

I'm guessing I'll have to hope the game is on justin.tv. Had to watch the Toledo bloodbath that way. The quality wasn't that bad.

I have to work, got off the last 2 weeks (once to drive to CSU game) the other because I was hungover from Toledo game....I didnt have my horns out.

Thanks Snow, I'll log in early Saturday and hope for the best. Worst case scenario I guess I've got KOA now through Buff TV.

it usually actually takes you to justin.tv or some other site. Warning: it isn't a clean site, so keep that virus blocking /adware stuff ON... but once you get the link, just close it down.

Sorry, I didn't see your question till now. There's nothing to it. Since I wasn't getting the game on espn I just went to justin.tv/sports and it happened that someone was broadcasting it there. I don't know how kosher it is but hey it's a way to watch the game. I'm not too hopeful that the wyoming game will be on there though because of how obscure FCS central is but who knows.
