Why we will beat WVU

Because DScott and Speedy are healthy.

Because Simas is primed to have a breakout game.

Because Cody played well enough to beat this same WVU team last year.

Because the O-Line is coming together.

Because the D is building some confidence and our LBs will play smart and agressive to slow down the WVU run game.

Because we've beaten good teams in the recent past (see OU and WVU). (yeah, I know they were home games)

Because DiLallo and Goodman are kicking well.

Because Spiff said so!

All you nay saying, "Juice box" phrase over using, press conference nitpicking, conspiracy theory having, closet hair stylists, would do well to stuff a sock in it for the next 7 hours, while we focus all our energy on beating West Virginia.

Team records:
Colorado: 1-2 SU, 1-2 ATS
West Virginia: 2-1 SU, 1-1 ATS
Colorado most recently:
When playing in October are 3-7
When playing on turf are 2-8
After outgaining opponent are 7-3

West Virginia most recently:

We've got a great opportunity to surprise them and get up on them early. As strange as it seems, due to injuries and academic issues no one has seen Simas and McKnight as our primary wide receivers to go along with the Scott-Stewart tandem running attack. I'm excited for tonight.:cool:

I'll let you guys know how exicted I am after the 1st quarter, right now there isn't much to be jolly about. I'm sure we have a good and talented enough team to keep up or beat west virginia, but I just don't think our coaching is good enough yet to give our team a real chance to win. I've seen bonehead coaching calls from hawk and his staff since his tenure here and I am no where convinced that his coaching will help us pull one out.
