This isn't about who our best QB is. Because it does not matter. What matters is that this coaching staff has been continually out coached. I was a supporter, for sure. Because I had a very hard time believing that Dan Hawkins is not a great coach. He seemed to have it all. Charisma, cred, results. Well, I admit I was wrong. However, he did deserve our support, which many of you did not give.

So, that is water under the bridge. Dan just does not have what it takes. He was out coached by a septigenarian who's better days are passed. He did not have this team prepared. He did not make game time adjustments. This sucks, because I hate starting over. But start over we must.

It is time for CU to ask itself if it wants to be a premier athletic program again. Not just in football, but in all sports. Because there is something greatly wrong with the athletic program as a whole. Our volley ball team sucks. Our basketball teams suck. Our football team really sucks.

So, what do we do? The first thing is to define our goals. So, if our goal is to be a BCS player, then how do we get there? Do we do it "on the cheap" as we've tried to do? Or do we pay the price to be great? Because that is what it'll take. We must bring in an elite coach and coaching staff. What will that take? It will take a financial commitment to head coaches, assistant coaches, recruiting allowances, and facilities. Do we have what it takes?

Holy hell. Daaah, Chilly and DBT turned their backs on Juicebox today. That's kind of like Larry, Mo and Curly walking away from a pie fight. It's officially over.

You've only been a CU fan for an eighth of your life? I thought you were a real fan.

OK, fine. Why not chill on the age thing? OK? It is getting old. No pun intended.

Not at the moment. No I don't. I'm really bummed.

I used to get pissed for a week but anymore what are you going to do? Sad part is, losing has become expected. We thought after k-state the turn around might be on it's way but this game brought them 2 steps back.

It's frustrating for everyone

Yep. That's my feeling as well.
