To the OP: Rivals is better than Scout for Colorado information.
Overall, it depends on the school which site is better as each publisher is different and puts more/less effort into their reporting and news.
I have Rivals but I don't want it anymore and I can't find where to cancel. I don't like when companies hide these things. If your product is good people would want to keep it.
The information is waaay buried on the website, but glad to oblige.
You can cancel ONLY by phone, during their brief M-F business hours.
You must have the user name, the email address associated with the account, and the credit card and number you used to set it up.
I know this because I have been in a dispute with them since March '09.
My credit card company recommended I move to a certified letter since they ignore the requests to cancel if you are missing
any of the above items. In my case, nobody remembers the username or email address, we don't know which board it is on, only that Rivals bills us every month for content nobody accesses. Frustrating and expensive.
