This is Thompson Valley's schedule. You can click on the stats stuff as well...this would be a good way to keep track on how Brown is doing on the field. I don't frequent the recruiting boards like I used to so I don't know if CU has offered this kid or not.

Dorian Brown rushed for 145 yards on 21 carries for three TDs in his first game. His team still lost the game...I have watched the Northern 4A League for years and Thompson Valley isn't considered to be a powerhouse program if you have watched that league for the last 15 years.

If his team's defense continually gives up 50 points a game, it's gonna be tough for even the best player to win games on his own.

Legit concern. But then you could also turn it around and say the kid has rushed for over 3,000 yards combined in his sophomore/junior seasons on one of the worst teams in the state. Pretty impressive.

You can often get really good players on terrible teams. Will Pericak is a great example of this phenominon. BHS stinks on ice, but Pericak was a stud who played on both sides of the ball. Another thing to consider is that if he's far and away the best player on the team, opponents will key on him. If opponents are keying on him and he's still blowing it up, that's a great sign.
