That's great! Colorado doesn't produce enough prospects for us to let them get away.
 
Buffnik - I know some posters on Rivals suggested running this past the CU compliance office. Did they get a response?

He's still waiting to hear back.

But the compliance issue is more about whether the Group can friend prospects through Facebook or contact them in any way. There's no compliance issue with just having the Group.
 
From what I know about the rules (which isn't much), it's inching towards the line, but probably still ok.

It's a violation for fans to engage in "active recruiting", but this seems more like "passive recruiting".

We need to be as close to the line as possible IMO, so I say inch away.
