On the insiders.com, it says that Richardson visited and is likely to decide. I imagine it's good news? Why would he pay for a visit if he's not coming.

I, personally, don't think we should take him because I can only imagine the the media circus if he did something else.

The media circus stuff is way overplayed, IMO. Was there a media circus with the latest Katoa flap? No. What about with Clark Evans toking it up? Nope. The stuff gets reported and dies. It's not like there's a district attorney with a hard on for the athletic department anymore. That's where our problems have come from in the past.

Plus we suck so no one cares.

We cannot afford to pass on any potential play makers that want to come here. Assuming he didn't break a beer bottle over a fellow players head a la OSU, I hope we can soon say "Welcome Aboard". Hopefully he will not jumping on the Titanic.

Doesn't matter until his court case is resolved first, and that resolution doesn't involve a felony. Word on his court case is anywhere from a 'couple' to a 'few' weeks.

And the media can f themselves. If they want to create a circuis over a guy who get's acquitted, more power to them, just demonstrates their douchebaggery.

he will not be facing a felony according to published reports... it will be a misdemeanor at worst

I prefer to refer to that period in time as "burned to the ground". Don't know of a single college town in America that EVER went thru that sort of political storm. Just sayin.

I think you mean "facing misdemeanors or NO CHARGES". The DA already decided that Felony charges were not in order and they are deciding whether to pursue Misdemeanor charges or drop the case altogether. Scout implies he doesn't have an offer and is not sure of his future. I take this as the right "position" to take until his case is decided.

Yep BCS seems to be arguing with himself again.
