The Mountain HD channel

It says it should be on Comcast 948 but when I look into that channel it puts me in the thick of the pr0n channels.

I have new respect for the Mountain if all they play is Football and Busty Co-eds 5. (No wonder BYU wants to leave) Any comcast users know what's up?

Don't know for sure, but often for the lesser channels that no one watches or subscribes to, they will put the HD version on a random channel just for that particular game. I suspect that could be the case here. You never know with Comcast though, they could change that channel number at anytime before kick off.

This could be good justification when the wife catches you... I was trying to watch football, stupid comcast

Is the MTN on the basic DTV package? I looked ahead in the guide yesterday and the channel is grayed out for me.. I remember watching some MTN games last season, though. Not sure why I would get the Big Ten channel and not the MTN?

I don't think it's on their basic package but it is on one of their elevated packages. Or you can get it with the sports package.

It's on most of their packages, unless you really go cheap.

Saturday's noon Colorado-Colorado State kickoff will be available to all of Comcast's basic subscribers, including those who normally cannot access The Mtn. on channel 411 (147 in Colorado Springs/Pueblo).

I just saw that 948 was added. (it wasn't a channel last night) it still says to be announced but I think it is because they just added it today. Oh and Horny small town girls is on 950 in case anyone was wondering.

Well that's good. At least if Hawk lays an egg there will be something to watch on TV.

Thanks - thats going to help viewership big time, as long as they get the message out to everyone.

Do ram fans actually have HD TVs? I mean, why would the mountain even have to was the money? Is it to entice those of us who do have HD to watch their station? Like that'll happen, other than this once.

They don't have a HD channel that is why the temporary channel is hidden in the pr0n channels. Seriously if I hadn't gone to the mountain website I'd have never found it.
