the fact that we hired him in the first place was a very stupid decision by bohn. i was kind of excited about his hire, but that was because i didn't know anything about him and assumed he built up boise state, but koetter did. it's bohn's job to know that! he should have done some research on the guy before hiring him. that's why i'm pessimistic about whoever bohn hires next. he obviously doesn't conduct coaching searches in an intelligent or competent manner, as evidenced by the fact that NO coach he has ever hired has had a winning record. also the fact that he gets tunnel vision and selects one candidate and barely even pays attention to other candidates even before the interview process starts
 
Should have avoided Boise State like the plague.

Every coach that has come out of there has been a fraud. Nutt, Koetter, Hawkins. Makes me believe that program is a fraud.
 
koetter and nutt aren't frauds. they were average quality bcs coaches. hawkins is the only fraud in that list. he has no redeeming qualities
