Interview questions Bohn should ask when he's looking for Hawkins' replacement

Math - how does it work?

I'll start this off. Maybe someone can forward the thread to Bohn after we've contributed our genius.

1. How do you feel when your team loses a game?

Any answer other than 'pissed off' should automatically disqualify the candidate. No more peaks/valleys bull****.

2. What role do you feel emotion plays in college football?

Anyone who thinks emotions should not play a role in this game should be dismissed.

3. Is your son a high school quarterback? Would you want him to play for you in college?

Self explanatory.

4. Have you ever fired assistant coaches for poor performance of their players?

If no, keep on looking.

Who else has some?

Do you use the expression "we'll see"?

Do you readily take the blame for your team's performance?

Have you ever coached intramurals before..... brutha????

Is the special teams play going to be electric?

When the other team blitzes, do we score?

Are you a goober?

How many losing season do you consider acceptable?

Anything more than 0, should disqualify the candidate.

How important is it to you to win on the road as well as at home?

Anything less than "top priority" will not be acceptable.

What type of a recruiting class would you like to bring in?

Acceptable answers would be: top 20, top half of the conference and few (if any) walk ons.

What is your definition of the word "self responsibility"?

How many Zen books are in your posession right now and how often do you visit such websites? Please hand over your internet logs from your personal laptop so I can confirm.

Are you aware of the fact the University of Colorado football team has an all-time winning record so it is possible to win here?

Do you see the building we´re sitting in right now and can you confirm it isn´t burned to the ground?

is field position something that falls out of the sky and/or dictated by good/bad breaks....or an important facet of the game that deserves attention?

Do you believe people other than football coaches, such as those sitting in the stands partly funding your salary, have ever had to take risks in their life?

is field position something that falls out of the sky and/or dictated by good/bad breaks....or an important facet of the game that deserves attention?

Also, is momentum that is just blessed on some teams while other teams are not as fortunate?

Are you sure you're not just Dan Hawkins with a fake mustache? GET OUT OF MY OFFICE DAN!

Will you take ownership of your teams performance on the field? Or will you just blame everyone but yourself?

How about:

If I hire you, what would you do to turn CU into a winner?

Any response that includes the term "Little things", or any non-specific, non-measurable metric of success would disqualify said candidate.

If you lose to Cal 54-7, would you classify that as shooting yourself in the foot?

Lets say your special teams sucks balls, do you fire the special teams coach after the season?

Who do you want to hire as offensive coordinator and have they ever been an offensive coordinator before?

How many offenses do you plan to run in the span of 5 years?

Against the spread, do you think rushing 3 is a solid plan?

Lets say your kicker has been straight up awful for two straight years, do you even give him a chance to win the job again?

After accumulating a record of 17-34 or so, do you have anyone to blame but yourself?

Well, I´d certainly be happy if we´d had ONE somewhat recognizable and CONSISTENT offensive system so far ... but so far the offense has been just that, offensive. It´s more like throwing **** at a wall and hoping something sticks.

Yep. Our lack of identity has killed us on offense, as well as our ****ty OL and lack of a running game and inexperience at OC.
