CU Buffs making O-line changes, Dan Hawkins says problems 'totally correctable'

Offensive line coach Denver Johnson said he doesn't view the moves as a promotion or demotion for any of the players involved because he is continuing to evaluate all of his linemen to find the best five.

Better not call them Demotions, or even *gasp* benchings... That would hurt someones feelings.

That's exactly what I first thought. Aren't these kids old enough to understand that if they suck, someone else who is better will be put in? Well, if they played for a real team I guess they would have know this.

NO SH!T

There's no way that I will root against the Buffs. But I will look forward to a new coaching staff if the Hawaii game is close or is a loss.

amazing how Keenan was a Rimington nominee/finalist thing, Solder is getting ESPN NFL articles about being a 1st rounder, and Miller was mentioned (albeit in the most speculative of ways) to jump to "the League" after his JR season.....and still.

and we say we get bad press.

Totally correctable? What they didn't have any idea all through Spring and Fall camp? These guys are simply overmatched.

Yes, these problems are totally correctable. But the place to start is by replacing coaches, then offensive linemen.....

We need to correct the mistake we made five years ago. That's a correctable problem.

I don't see pro in Solder or Miller. They have either been poorly coached, which is likely the problem, or they have no motivation. Denver is a hack.

Maybe. I'm willing to bet Solder will get drafted. I'm sure he can turn into a good OT with the proper coaching in the NFL. Not too sure about Miller though. I'm sure he'll get onboard with a team, just not sure if someone will draft him though.
