Credit to Ringo for breaking the Pac-12 in 2011 story

I didn't post this last night because I didn't want to repeat stuff from the Scout message board while it was still premium scoop.

But Kyle had this story yesterday. He let subscribers know we should look for an announcement as soon as Tuesday evening.

He then followed that up with a BDC article about tonight's Regents meeting which was in today's paper.

Not that I'm playing PR Agent for Kyle, Scout or the Camera here... but it pisses me off that ESPN and others are acting like Chip broke this story. It was one of our own and he should get the credit.

I agree. While I still can't stand Ringo, the way ESPN does journalism at times is a disgrace. They mention organgebloods.com so many damn times...you're telling me that you can't find a source yourself? You have absolutely no people to ask as a journalist? Orangebloods is a joke, and the way ESPN holds that website as a credible source is ludricous.
