Fox Announcers- said a transfer from CU to Georgia?

Early in the game the announcers mentioned that there was a CU commit who went to Georgia... isnt it the other way around? Who is it?

Just looked at their roster - 90% from Georgia and adjoining states.

Other than AJ Green, who we chose not to offer despite his desperate attempts to get noticed by CU's coaching staff, I don't see anyone who wanted to be at Colorado. When he flew that small plane dragging a banner pleading his cause "(MAKE AJ GREEN A BUFF)" it was sort of embarrassing for him, but since it was at night and on a Wednesday at that, I don't think that many people were aware of his huge desire to wear the black and gold.

are you serious? I'm not as huge into fball recruiting like you, Valdez, BB, Buffnik and others, but I do follow it. I have no recollection of this whatsoever...please tell more if you're not bs'ing me and I'm just a gullible idiot.

I don't know anything else about how AJ Green tried to recruit himself to the Buffs, but I do have some magic beans to sell. If you're interested, send me a PM.

Sorry, I thought the part about him flying a small plane over Boulder at night to get the coaches' attention ...
it was a pretty well-kept secret, but I guess he was hoping for the "early playing time" angle.

(My apologies dyemeduke - I thought the sarcasm was obvious. The truth is, when they told AJ Green that his suspension was over and his first game was in Boulder, Colorado, they had to show him on a map where it was and tell him we were really a BCS school. He never considered CU as an option.)
