Just got back from CO, so here are some random thoughts from the weeked. Just observations and me rambling a bit.

-I got my picture taken with Ralphie, she's smaller than I would have though.
-Couple of hot Cowgirl Ralpie handlers
-CU has a beautiful campus
-The stadium is even prettier.
-Smaller than thought. We were in teh last row, and still could see well.
-UGA is just not very good
-Told you your RB woudl have a great game
-The F Georgia chant was real classy
-The drunken worm who screamed in my wife's face as she returned from the bathroom, and showed F the south painted on is chest, was a winner as well. I wish I would have been there to shake his hand
-The weather was perfect
-Saw the cops lay a beat down on a CU fan, even got it on film, was awesome
-Joey D(CU fan) if you're reading this, it was nice meeting you
-at least 10,000 UGA fans were there.
-Alcohol is evil
-Somebody snuck into my hotel room, saturday night, and left their dirty sweatsocks in my mouth, not cool, lol.

I'm shaking my head, and wondering what it would be like to be the president, chancellor or athletic director and hearing that. It must be uncomfortable.

First bold: Sorry, that sucks. Hopefully his actions don't ruin your opinion of all CU fans.

Second bold: Upload to internet and provide link.

BCS made a joke about painting that on his chest, but I didn't think he'd actually do it.

Seriously BillDawg, that sucks. Sorry it happened.

I had good experiences with GA fans.
Ran into a husband and wife as I was exiting Franklin Field (before the game started) and spontaneously asked: are you having a good time, folks treating you all right?

and after they got over the surprise of a buff fan asking Chamber of Commerce type questions, they laughed and said they were having fun and it was beautiful in Boulder. So I did my part to be friendly. I really did.

Sorry for the A-holes, unfortunately we do have some. I hope that they didn't ruin the impression you got from the huge majority of us who are glad that you were all here. Your coment about alcohol being evil also applies to some of our fans who get lubricated and stupid.

We are proud of the campus and the city, we are lucky to be here. I know that a lot of visitors are impressed when the visit Athens as well, you don't have mountains but you have a nice city with a lot of great people who know how to have a good time.

The stadium is not as big as a lot of your SEC stadiums, it feels even smaller because the fans are right on top of the field, makes every seat closer than in comparable stadiums.

Ralphie is still young, she will get quite a bit bigger and bulkier in the next few years. She will never get as big as a bull would get but bulls don't make good mascots, they don't train well and tend to run over anything that they don't like.

UGA is very talented but not hitting on all cylinders right now, we are hitting on all cylinders as well. Based on the history of the respective coaches at the schools I would bet on Richt getting it together before our coach does. He has won a lot of games and an SEC title so he has proven he can do it.

Sorry for the socks as well, you were passed out in the corner and your girlfriend had a thing about not letting me in the bed with my socks on so I had to do something with them.:smile2::smile2:

"**** em up! **** em up! Go CU!" doesn't seem to be really popular with visitors from the Bible Belt.

I can't say that they're wrong. But we're not wrong either. It's just different and another reason we belong with the west coasters in the Pac-12.

No, of course not. I understand all schools,(UGA included have douche bag fans). We had a good time. Of course, I like life too much to not have one. I do think that some CU fans thought I was being sarcastic or soemthign, as I walked along looking for Ralphie. I was determned to get my picture taken with her, so I left our tailgate, by myself, and went looknig fo rher. I was literally a red spot in a sea of black as I walked through tailgates, etc. I was glad handing and cheerfully talknig to CU fans, and I think some were taken aback, as if I wasn't sincere. I was, I was having a great time. Which is how I met JoeyD and had a drink at his tailgate on the way through.
I'll download the picture of the cop on top of the CU fan, it's funny. I didn't see any problems other than that, and AFTER the game, a couple CU fans were, let's say prouder of the win, than they probably should have been, lol.
I'll put some pics on later today

If you had stopped by our tailgate, none of this would have happened.

We flagged down a few random passing by dawg fans and gave them some beer. They all seemed like good natured folk looking for a good time and finding it easily. I will say that the UGA fan sitting right next to me was a racist jackass, though. It seemed like every comment he made had something to do with whether a player was black or white. I'm like "WTF, dude?"

I talked to a few Georgia fans and they were all great. They said that they had a great time and for the most part our fans were good. They brought a huge number of fans to the game and got treated to one hell of a game (payback from 07). Hopefully we can head down there again for a game in a few years.

We had some UGA fans in our section. The were quite nice. They got a little upset because they had a small child and there was some cussing initially, but were happy when we kept the bad words to a minimum and then I think their child was turned to a closet CU fan as my buddy who is an old Ralphie handler took them down to meet her at half time. The little guy was high fiving us every time CU did good at the end of the game. Was pretty cute...don't think the dad was thrilled though, but he was still pretty excited about meeting Ralphie.

I was also glad-handing the UGA fans, usually with a "go daaaawgs" or something, all in good fun. Most smiled and replied with a "go dawgs," but one older lady called me an asshole. Kinda weird.

HAH. must be an old lady thing. When I was walking through looking for Ralphie, some old lady CU fan, refused to high five me, as I was walking through. She gave me a look that would have curdled buttermilk. Most CU fans commented on my HUGE UGA cup I had.

You know there are child abuse laws, lol. I also got a picture of a CU fan who had a bulldog with a CU jersey. I said to him"Do you know what the penalty in this state is, for animal abuse?", Nobody got it. I thought it was especially funny, as that part of the movie takes place in CO.

Well, it's probably pretty harsh...

Vacation.

HAHA that movie is the greatest!

Had a great time mixing it up with UGA fans in our section. We sat in club so bought many beers for them and had a great time talking to them thorughout the game.

AJ is the real deal. Wow.

I also laughed a bit at how mad the UGA fans got when they saw the students shaking their keys. I had to explain that we do that for "key plays." They all thought we were shaking them to mean "get your *** on the road because you are all done in the game." Glad we were able to straighten that one out.

Are those leaves on the curb by that hooligan's hips, or is that where BCS painted the pavement?

Side note,

I was behind John Elway coming into the ticket gates. He continued to the club level while I had to go to my seats. His new wife is really hot in person!
