Been perusing a few UGA fan sites today and not one of them has a bad thing to say about AJ Green. If I were them I'd be livid he basically cost them this game by being so out of shape he cramped up, and that after getting suspended for 4 weeks for being an idiot.

Colorado would have won by a couple scores if Green wasn't playing. He's a difference maker. He is good!

I'm not so sure he was out of shape. He has not played at game speed for nearly a year and the first game back is mile above sea level in an arid climate. Just can't flip a game shape switch on that easy IMO.

If I'm an NFL GM with an option to pick AJ or J-Jones at 'bama, I think I'd take Green. He is amazing.

Both should go in the top 10 in April, and it wouldn't surprise me if they both were taken in the top 5.

They are different players. Green is much more of a burner, while Jones is your big possession guy like Larry Fitz.

AJ Green is the real deal...I think he did impress NFL scouts for his performance in his first game back. I imagine he will go on a tear since he still has a pretty full gas tank going for 8 games instead of the full 12 games.

I am sorry... L Fitz in my opinion is BOTH!!!! I love that guy!

You like guys who have size and speed? They can go deep and stretch the field. Also probably like that he has good hands.

The funny thing is, Alshon Jeffrey at South Carolina may be as good or better than both.

I was reading a pre game article which was talking about Georgia's talent compared to CU's. I'm not a recruitnik so can someone tell me if this is true: The last four Georgia recruiting classes were top 10. I find that really hard to believe.

I may be a little biased, but on that one handed TD grab that Green had, which was sick no doubt, he gave a two handed shove to Brown, pushed him out of bounds and then went up and made the grab. I think it was one hell of a play but on TV it looked a little sketchy IMO. Again, a little biased.

And Georgia would have won by a couple of scores if Green wasn't cramping up. And Georgia would be much better than 1-4 right now if he had played five complete games this year so far. That dude is talented-- wonder if he was the work ethic. Regardless, a rookie QB and a WR that just played his first game this year and they would have beat us without the fumble at the end.

Ignore that fellas. CU IS BACK!!!!

Actually, last year the class was ranked 15. The four before that? All four of those were top 10.

i heard some georgia fans say that he lost his passion for coaching after his wife got cancer.

Yep, one of them mentioned that he may just go the direction of McCartney and retire and just stay away from football. All UGA fans really seem to like him but think that he just doesn't have his head nor heart in it anymore
