Texas Tech 13.30 kickoff, no TV

I doubt CU has a shot of being on TV again this year except for NU...unless of course someone wants to show OU tuning up for their BCS game....

sweet. the only saturday i have off all month is that game. well, i get done at 2 pm. no TV. way to get those horns out, hawk. :bang:

Again, the PAC 12 tv contract better have something in it that makes the local team on TV for every game in the local market. There is just no reason that every game can't be on a local affiliate instead of some infomercial for ginsu knives.

Not being on TV locally, is the first step toward losing your fan base and we have been doing great at this since the Big12 started.

+1 I was thinking about this on the way in, remembering how you could always catch the game on Ch. 4, home or away, if you couldn't make it to Folsom....

At this point I would rather listen to CU games on the radio. Then I don't have to see this train wreck for myself. I can just imagine that maybe it is not as bad as it sounds on the radio.

Schedule shows this game will be aired on FCS Central... Anyone know for sure if this has changed? Link?

I think the OU game being on TV is a near certainty and that the KSU game has a decent shot as well. I really doubt the ISU or KU games get picked up though.

I kind of like the fact that it won't be on TV. The games move along much faster. It's an afternoon game, so it shouldn't be too cold. It's like it was back ina day, when the only option for television was if ABC or CBS picked up the game. That meant CU got on TV maybe once or twice a year. The rest of the games were held at 1:30 Mountain time and were usually done by 4:00 PM. Perfect. Does Tech still throw the ball all over the place? That will add some time to the game, unfortunately.

I like that idea...I'm planning on going to the TT-CU game...first home CU game since 1991 for me.
