It will be interesting to see how the next head coach approaches this position. Hansen has his ups and downs, Hirschman is a complete unknown, and then you have the true freshmen coming in. I would not be surprised (and I actually would approve) of the next coach targeting a JUCO to give Hansen some competition since I think Hirschman is a project.

Overall, this position has to get MUCH better under the next head coach.

I agree, I'd like to find a qb who will not listen to keisau and actually throw the ball to clemons and richardson.

It's just funny that some people are giving a free pass to certain coaches. I say fire'em all.
Who's getting a free pass? Hawk, keisau, johnson, riddell, collins, bandison and hagan should all be gone.

Prince,ambrose and cabral should stay.

So Hirschman is a project, huh? I thought he was supposed to be the savior of the program. Kind of like Clark Evans. Seems like pretty much every single QB with some "promise" has washed out here.

Come on. You know well that everyone's favorite player is the backup QB. Same logic works with the incoming QB recruit. Everyone will overhype him hoping he works out.

If you look at his recruit thread, you can see why people are calling him a project. Even when he first committed to the program. So it's not like people are changing their stance.

BTW, the Clark Evans thread was a joke. The Chuck Norris references aren't real. Not sure if you knew that.

I didn't say NOBODY... there are folks with CU ties that aren't currently on staff....

im all for keeping ambrose and Cabral. Both know how to coach and recruit. Over all schemes seem to take their players out of positions on a lot of plays. Not sure if anybody else has noticed that.

I'd keep Ambrose, Cabral and Prince. New HC decides for himself if there's a spot for Kiesau on coaching roster.

I say let the new HC interview who he wants on his staff and let each coach earn it. I like Cabral and if he interviews well the new HC will keep him, if not then he is free to move on.
