Following his cousin, elite 2010 TE prospect Xavier Grimble, by committing to USC at their spring game this weekend.

Rumors swirling that Grimble secretly visited Miami this weekend and has said that USC is out. Miami is very much in it, but didn't get a commitment. Nothing official, so I'll wait to update the profile.

Both Grimbles may be going to Miami in the end. Also sounds like UCLA is a possibility.

This may have been USC's choice. Jalen's measurables weren't as reported and he somewhat disappointed this year.

Fill me in here. Wasn't Pete Carrol's son on the USC staff or something (TE coach?) and left to join Golden in Miami? If I'm remembering that right, it would explain how unusually well Miami is doing in California with its recruiting and why the Grimbles would be looking at Miami.

Does this kid have any relationship at all with the University of Colorado? Or are we just curious about USC's recruiting class.
