Could end up at either WR or OLB.

Here are his junior stats from his Scout bio: Posted 87 tackles and two sacks for Downey last year as a linebacker while also hauling in 35 receptions for 593 yards and four scores as a receiver.

Rivals has him listed as an OLB.

I think we'll end up adjusting his profile from ATH to OLB at some point during the process. iirc, I did it as Athlete in the beginning because I'd read a quote from him saying something about how that's what he's being (or wants to be) recruited as.

Visited the USC campus. Committed per Rivals.

Looks like they're recruiting him as an OLB.

May be too much to ask, but with the possibility of him taking visits, would love to Ruffin in Boulder for a game. He is going to be a dynamite LB at the next level.

One to watch here. He did not end up making it to Tempe as planned last weekend, but he does want to take visits after the season.

Do not think we are in it, but I do think Ruffin is not nearly as solid to USC as he proclaims to be.
